Official Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over

1. Eligibility

1.1. The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

1.2. Employees of GeoFossils Ltd, their immediate families and individuals directly involved in administering the promotion are excluded.

1.3. No purchase is necessary to enter.

1.4. Entrants must comply with the entry requirements and provide accurate information when requested.

2. Giveaway Schedule

Week 01 — The First Stop

Opens: 7 October 2026
Entries close: 14 October 2026 at 6:00 PM UK time
Three fluorescent mineral prizes
Winners announced during the designated Instagram Live on 14 October 2026

Week 02 — The Second Stop

Opens: 14 October 2026
Entries close: 21 October 2026 at 6:00 PM UK time
Three additional mineral prizes, to be revealed
Winners announced during the designated Instagram Live on 21 October 2026

Grand Prize

Entries close: 28 October 2026 at 6:00 PM UK time
Winner announced: 4 November 2026
Winner must claim the prize by 11:59 PM UK time on 4 November 2026

All times refer to UK local time.

3. How to Enter

Participants can enter by completing the entry requirements published on the official GeoFossils Instagram giveaway announcement:

Follow the official GeoFossils Instagram account.
Like the pinned Road to Munich giveaway post.
Tag a friend in the comments.

Additional Grand Prize entries may be earned by submitting valid Munich Codes through the official GeoFossils website.

Each unique Munich Code may be redeemed once per participant, subject to verification.

Automated, fraudulent or invalid entries may be disqualified.

4. Weekly Mini Giveaways

Six mineral prizes will be awarded across the first two weeks of the campaign.

Week 01 Prizes

Franklin Furnacite — Short Wave (SW), Furnace Mine, Franklin, New Jersey, USA.
Danburite — Mid Wave (MW), Danburite Mine, Morogoro, Tanzania.
Zincite — Long Wave (LW), ZGH Boleslaw Smelter, Olkusz County, Poland.

Week 02 Prizes

Three additional mineral specimens will be revealed during Week 02.

Each mini-prize winner will receive the specimen identified in the relevant giveaway announcement.

5. Mini Giveaway Winner Announcements and Claims

5.1. Mini giveaway winners will be selected at random from eligible entries.

5.2. Winners must be present and actively participating in the designated GeoFossils Instagram Live when their name is announced.

5.3. A selected winner must respond in the Instagram Live within the claim period announced by the host to confirm their presence.

5.4. If the selected winner is not present or does not respond within that period, another eligible winner will be randomly selected.

5.5. This process may continue until an eligible winner successfully claims the prize.

5.6. Winners will then be contacted to arrange delivery.

6. Mini Prize Delivery

GeoFossils will cover standard delivery costs to an eligible UK address.

Alternatively, winners may request that their prize be included with an existing GeoFossils order, where practical.

No purchase is required to receive a prize, and adding a prize to an order is entirely optional.

7. Grand Prize

One winner will receive:

£500 to spend at GeoFossils

The winner will receive a £500 spending allowance to use exclusively during their scheduled VIP Day at the GeoFossils warehouse.

The allowance:

Must be spent in-store on the day of the visit.
Cannot be redeemed online.
Cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Cannot be carried over to another day.
Expires at the conclusion of the VIP Day.
Does not provide a cash refund for any unused balance.

Any spending above £500 must be paid for by the winner.

VIP Day with the GeoFossils Team

The winner will enjoy an exclusive visit to the GeoFossils warehouse, including time with the team and the opportunity to select mineral, fossil and meteorite specimens.

Lunch Included

Lunch for the winner will be provided by GeoFossils during the VIP Day.

8. VIP Day Location and Travel

The VIP Day will take place at:

United Kingdom

The winner must arrange and pay for their own travel to and from the warehouse.

Travel, accommodation and additional personal expenses are not included.

The visit will take place on a mutually agreed date, subject to reasonable availability.

9. Grand Prize Winner Selection and Claim Deadline

9.1. The Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible Grand Prize entries.

9.2. The winner will be announced on 4 November 2026 through an official GeoFossils communication channel.

9.3. The selected winner must contact GeoFossils and confirm acceptance of the prize by 11:59 PM UK time on 4 November 2026.

9.4. If the winner fails to claim the prize before this deadline, declines the prize or is found to be ineligible, an alternative winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

9.5. The same claim process and deadline will apply to alternative winners, with their deadline communicated when they are notified.

9.6. Winners will not be required to pay a fee to claim their prize.

10. Munich Codes and Bonus Entries

Munich Codes may be announced during selected GeoFossils livestreams or other official campaign activities.

Each valid, unique code submitted through the official Road to Munich website page provides one additional Grand Prize entry.

Each participant may redeem a particular code once but may redeem multiple different valid codes.

All bonus codes must be submitted by 6:00 PM UK time on 28 October 2026.

GeoFossils reserves the right to verify submissions and exclude fraudulent or unauthorised entries.

11. General Prize Conditions

All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

GeoFossils will make reasonable efforts to award the advertised specimens and experiences.

Where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make a change necessary, GeoFossils will act fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

12. Privacy and Personal Information

GeoFossils may collect names, email addresses, Instagram usernames, entry details and other information reasonably necessary to administer the giveaway.

Personal information will be used to validate entries, contact winners, deliver prizes and organise the VIP Day.

Information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the GeoFossils Privacy Policy.

Marketing communications will require a separate appropriate consent or other lawful basis.
