At GeoFossils, we want your shopping experience to be seamless from start to finish. Below you'll find our complete Shipping Policy, including domestic rates, in-store pickup, and tracking information. Our goal is to get your order to you quickly, securely, and without confusion.
Order Processing Times
We process all orders within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your order details. When your order ships, we'll send another notification with your tracking information.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We ship across the UK Mainland (excluding Northern Ireland and the Highlands) using DHL and Royal Mail:

DHL – £6.00 for parcels up to 20kg

Royal Mail – £3.80 for parcels up to 2kg

Free Shipping – For all UK orders over £100
Shipping methods are selected at checkout, and rates are automatically calculated.
Local In-Store Pickup
Prefer to collect your order in person? We offer free local pickup from our warehouse in Twickenham.

How to Track Your Order
After shipping, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. Use this to follow your parcel’s journey. If you haven't received your parcel within two days of the shipping confirmation, contact us at bev@geofossils.com with your name and order number.
